Our rugs are available throughout the Netherlands through a fine-mesh dealer network at various home stores. If you want to know which dealer is closest to you, check out our DEALER LOCATOR.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. We are a B2B wholesaler and do not sell directly to consumers. If you want to purchase a rug, you can go to one of our DEALERS.

Although we do our utmost to deliver our rugs with the highest possible care and quality, it may unfortunately happen that your rug does not meet your expectations or that you have a complaint about a rug we supplied. When you have a service request or a complaint, it is important to have it handled as quickly as possible. You can contact the dealer where you purchased the rug directly; not through us. They will initiate a procedure to handle your service request or complaint as effectively as possible. If necessary, they will contact us.

The dealer where you purchased your carpet has informed you about the specific aspects of your carpet and how to best care for and clean it.
